Snore-Ex's anti snoring mouthpiece is an oral appliance also referred to as a Mandibular Advancement Device. The simple custom-fit mouthpiece positions and holds the jaw, opening airways for maximum airflow, thus reducing or eliminating snoring vibrations. More specifically, it provides a forward-positioning for the tongue, which is connected to the lower jaw. This increases airflow and minimizes the most common snoring cause - soft palette vibrations in the rear of the mouth. This is for adults only.

The Stop Snoring Mouth Piece worked wonderfully well for me. My husband was thrilled with the results. And they were immediate. From the first night on, I did not snore. The emotional benefits of being able to snuggle in for the night with my husband were fantastic! I am ordering a second one today because my dog somehow managed to get my original one off of the bedside table and use it for a chewtoy! Luckily my husband is out of town for the week and I will have my new mouth piece before he returns home! (It's going into the case from now on, too!)
I highly recommend this appliance. You'll not regret it!
 Little Pricey for a Reasonable Solution September 5, 2010

This is my 2nd purchase on this type of device. It can take a little getting use to, but definitely works for me. I find in the morning, my lower front teeth can feel a little sensitive given they've had pressure on them throughout the night, but that goes away 15 min after waking up and removing the device. My spouse reports the the device is probably 80-90% effective. There are sometimes when I get on my back that the snoring noise level will go up. For the most part, we think of it as a muffler. I still snore , but it's at a much reduced and tolerable level. The $25-$30 price level is definitely a high price for a simple molded piece of plastic and a wooden stick, but I haven't found another source for a lower price, so I shell out the money. My first oral appliance lasted about 18 months. Some report that they only last 6-12 months. I make sure to wash mine off every day. 18 months is definitely at the upper end. I'd say a good replacement estimate is probably every 12 months.

I bought this device for my husband. I would give it the five stars, but my husband said it did hurt the first few nights. I said suck it up, I want to sleep! LOL. It worked almost instantly. He has not snored since! Love it. I will buy it again. You must boil it first to soften. He now says it is fine.

This device was easy to mold with very good directions. My husband has been using it with very good success as he sleeps deeper and more restfully. Though not diagnosed, I believe he has some sleep apnea and he flat out refused to get tested as he wouldn't use a c-pap device anyway. I have noticed his sleep patterns improved and he noticed the difference because he dreams so much more.

Ordered the Sleep device on late Friday evening with 3-5 day shipping. Received the Snore-EX mouthpiece on Monday morning. Not even one full business day. Just received an email from Amazon that my order was shipped.
Will try the mouthpiece tonight. I hope my experience is as good as my experience with the shipping.
